We just moved into the Mukwonago area and we were referred by our pup's prior vet. The Match with Dr. Thompson was perfect for us for our 'get to know you visit.' I only hope that in case of a real Emergency, they are available as well. We loved Dr. Thompson!

We have a senior dog who had sustained an injury to his hind leg. We were lucky enough to have a friend refer us to Dr. Sarah Thompson at Mukwonago Animal Hospital. Our dog received a though evaluation by Dr Thompson who then developed a very good treatment plan that we believe will allow our dog to return to his previous activity levels. He was fitted for a stabilizing leg brace, and we were shown exercises to do to also help strengthen his injured leg. Everyone is so considerate and mindful of our concerns. Amazing place; we are grateful we found!
I had to put my best friend down a few weeks ago, my daughter recommended this place and I trust her. During this heartbreaking event, the staff was AMAZING. Of course it's painful, but they made it peaceful and kind. They didn't even know my girl but they clearly cared. It was a peaceful passing and today my daughter thought I should be ready to receive her paw prints. In a gorgeous little bag, they gave us a plaster heart with her prints embedded, a vial of her hair, and tattoo things. This will be my forever vet. Love them forever. My daughter paid but she said very reasonable as well. The doctor made sure my baby did not suffer one second more. They literally laid on the floor with my family. These are people who love animals!! I owe them everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
My scaredy cat of a dog just got his nails trimmed here. They were very patient with him, as always. I highly recommend this place. We have been coming here since it opened, so a long time. I have always been satisfied.
Have been taking my pets to MAH for around 6 years. They are always super welcoming, very friendly and gentle with my pets! The facility is always clean and well kept! highly recommend.
We have been going here for about 5 years now. All of the vets and front office staff are absolutely wonderful. Our labradoodle Charlie is reactive and Dr. Thompson is fantastic with him. We have seen several other vets there too for urgent care and miscellaneous visits when our regular vet was unavailable and my doodles always receive excellent care. I couldn’t rate this pace high enough.
My dog was attacked by another dog and Mukwonago Animal hospital was so beyond accommodating throughout the process. I called on our way there and they had a room waiting for both my dog and a room for me to decompress in. They were quick to evaluate and treat my dog for his injuries. Beyond thankful for the compassionate care we received during a very stressful situation.
Our dogs have always received expert, compassionate care throughout their lifespan at MAH. We also greatly appreciate Dr. Thompson and her holistic approach to care (acupuncture, chiropractic, herbals). Our experience with her and ALL the other providers and staff has always been top notch!
I was super nervous about some shots due to previous experience and simply how my cats would react but the doctor made me feel relaxed with his humor and general amazing personality/attitude. I’m sure this also rubbed off on the cats. The lady he brought in (bless her soul) to give the shots also made me feel at ease with her positive attitude. Cannot recommend this place enough.
